Ultra-high Hardness and Wear Resistance:

It can reach a hardness of HRA 88–92 at room temperature, much higher than high-speed steel. The tungsten carbide hard phase has extremely high hardness, resulting in minimal wear under repeated friction, cutting, electrical discharge and other working conditions. Its service life is dozens of times longer than that of ordinary metal needles, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation in precision molds, discharge electrodes, probes and other applications.
